After leasing all the commercial office and retail space in the first phase of Gravity and completing the second phase of construction in Franklinton in 2023, the developer is fixing its gaze on next year.

Brett Kaufman, Kaufman Development’s founder, said he also plans to acquire existing assets in other parts of the country, something the firm has never done.
