The Community Ambassador is responsible for leasing activities and implementing the vision of the Kaufman Development brand by creating an engaging resident experience that is focused on improving residents’ lives and their communities. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Execute sales proven process accurately and appropriately; including telephone, email, lead follow-up and marketing communication.
  • Effectively drive traffic to site through leasing and marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledge of current rental market, rates, sizes, locations, property policies and community amenities.
  • Knowledge of application requirements, lease terms, screening processes and policies, and fair housing regulations.
  • Accurate completion of application/lease form, collection of rental deposit, and maintenance of Resident and property files.
  • Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports, and related information.
  • Responsible for assisting in the collection of delinquent rent.
  • Courteous, sympathetic, and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints.
  • Develop and implement Resident Programming under the direction of the Community Curator.

The Development Project Manager will work closely with Kaufman’s Director of Development and team members to lead all aspects of the development process, including: site selection, acquisition due diligence, product-type/program layout, zoning, entitlement, design/plan development, permit/approvals, and select cross-functional projects.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Identifying and analyzing potential developments markets and sites
  • Building relationships with brokers, site owners and community councils

  • Assisting in the preparation of preliminary financial models for potential new development projects
  • Management of the negotiation and contracting process with third-party consultants
  • Responsibility for all zoning, entitlements and other governmental approvals

  • Assist in cross-functional projects such as FF&E selection, AV vendor design, and grant applications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

They will be performing a variety of tasks including: audits, electrical, light carpentry, HVAC, and plumbing. Maintenance Technicians diagnose problems, determine whether to replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments until the problem is resolved. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years experience in lead-generating digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, superior problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in multiple disciplines are musts.
  • Ample knowledge of online programs such as Entrata, Birdeye, Survey Monkey, Mailchimp, etc. preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • Experience managing digital marketing strategies such as but not limited to SEO/SEM, programmatic display and video, OTT, social media, email, website content.
  • Microsoft and Google Suite, InDesign and Adobe skills preferred.
