JOB DESCRIPTION
Kaufman Development Leasing Ambassadors are responsible for leasing activities and implementing the vision of the Kaufman brand by creating an engaging resident experience that is focused on improving resident’s lives and their communities. We are currently seeking a part-time Leasing Ambassador for our Market & Main luxury community in New Albany, Ohio. As a member of the sales team, your priority is achieving leasing and occupancy goals while creating an engaging experience for prospects and current residents that exemplify the core values of Kaufman Development. In addition to competitive base compensation, you will also be eligible for monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses based on the property’s performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute sales proven process accurately and appropriately; including telephone, email, lead follow-up and marketing communication.
- Effectively drive traffic to site through leasing and marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of current rental market, rates, sizes, locations, property policies and community amenities.
- Knowledge of application requirements, lease terms, screening processes and policies, and fair housing regulations.
- Accurate completion of application/lease form, collection of rental deposit, and maintenance of Resident and property files.
- Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports, and related information.
- Courteous, sympathetic, and efficient handling of resident inquiries.
- Develop and implement Resident Programming under the direction of the Community Curator.
- Responsible for maintaining appearance of leasing office, community spaces and model units.
