Kaufman Development is seeking an Office Manager to join its fast-growing team. The Office Manager will be a key member of Kaufman’s team, serving as the first point of contact for visitors to the corporate office. Primary responsibilities include organization and management of corporate office, administrative assistance for leadership team, and vendor management.


  • Management of vendors and contracted services for corporate office
  • New employee set-up and assistance with on-boarding
  • Management and ordering of office furniture and workplace set-up
  • Answering and directing calls to appropriate parties
  • Daily checking voicemails and company email accounts
  • Set-up and troubleshooting of company email accounts
  • Stocking office supplies and refreshments
  • Greeting visitors to corporate office
  • Inspects reception area and conference rooms for cleanliness
  • Maintaining company calendars and scheduling
  • Acceptance and shipment of packages and mail
  • Assist with coordination and set-up of company events
  • Coordination of IT vendor and purchasing of technology for company
  • Administrative support to leadership team
  • Special projects as assigned by COO

Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, customer service focused, and tech savvy. Must have 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative assistance.
