Kaufman Development is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its fast-growing team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing the vision of the Kaufman Development brand by using high design and unique expression to create campaigns that inspire, engage, inform, and impact. This will be achieved through thoughtful execution of developing, tracking, reporting, and optimizing all of Kaufman’s marketing initiatives, and project management of design and branding work.


  • Represent and promote the Core Values of Kaufman Development.
  • Self-started capabilities to manage and prioritize multiple different projects concurrently.
  • Work as a partner with Brand Ambassador and Operations team to ensure brand pillars and requirements are met.
  • Concept and implement digital marketing strategies such as/but not limited to: SEO, SEM, Display (retargeting, native, social, etc.), Video, Conquesting, Online to Offline attribution modeling to drive traffic and leads for all communities.
  • Launch and manage ILS listings for all communities.
  • Development of lead generation concepts for properties.
  • Working closely with the Brand Ambassador to support an ongoing integration strategy of CEO’s initiatives into Kaufman Development brand.
  • Work closely with Brand Ambassador and marketing vendors to create and manage social media presence and content strategies.
  • Conceptualize and produce strategy surrounding marketing activations, events and collaborations.
  • Manage and monitor Kaufman Development website content updates, ensuring accuracy and optimized for SEO.
  • Manage, monitor and move the needle on online ratings and reviews.
  • Coordinate PR efforts both locally and nationally; including collaborations with community partners and vendors.
  • Track digital marketing analytics and events to deliver monthly reports on the performance of all campaigns to optimize spend, demonstrate ROI, and inform on important trends and/or areas of improvement.
  • Responsible for analyzing and testing new marketing tools to optimize procedures.
  • Implement new procedures to design comprehensive and economical marketing strategies.
  • Connect digital and offline marketing campaigns to coordinate the Kaufman Development branding experience.
  • Work closely with Brand Ambassador to uphold brand standards across all marketing channels.
  • Takes lead in management of third-party vendors providing marketing and design services to Kaufman; such as but not limited to: floor plans, brochures, proposal solicitation, negotiation and execution of banners, fence wraps, billboards, renderings; production and install.
  • Create annual marketing budgets for assets and track spending.
  • Take action from photoshoots to integrate within offline and online marketing initiatives.
  • Paid social media posting and calendar management.
  • Mining and submission of awards that align with Kaufman Developments Core Values.
  • Provide coverage and assistance when necessary for Event Coordinator.
  • Be available for weekend events ranging from quarterly up to 1x/mo.
  • Other functions, projects and tasks as designated.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years experience in lead-generating digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, superior problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in multiple disciplines are musts.
  • Ample knowledge of online programs such as Entrata, Birdeye, Survey Monkey, Mailchimp, etc. preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • Experience managing digital marketing strategies such as but not limited to SEO/SEM, programmatic display and video, OTT, social media, email, website content.
  • Microsoft and Google Suite, InDesign and Adobe skills preferred.
